Delete your account

You can delete your Lune account and its data at any time.

In the app Open Lune › You › Account › Delete account and confirm. This is the fastest way.

Without the app Write to hello@lunerituals.app from the email you used in Lune, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm by email.

What is deleted Your profile, email, birth details, city, intentions, notes and practice history are removed from our servers within 30 days, along with the usage events linked to your account. Data that stays only on your phone is removed when you delete the app.

What is kept Nothing that identifies you, unless the law requires us to keep a record of a purchase. Apple or Google keep their own records of payments.

Your subscription Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your store account, as shown on Support.
